Classes can be quite boring and overwhelming for students. It's even more boring to memorize tons of words while learning a foreign language but there is a technology and many applications used for this.
This technology is called Augmented Reality. With virtual reality, you can see different pictures or objects around you as if they are with you and alive, and you can make vocabulary teaching more fun for your students.
For example, let's say you have a picture of a cow on a flashcard to teach the word cow. When you turn the camera of your phone or tablet towards this picture, it looks like a cow is real and even you can touch it.
The Augmented reality application that I use is called Vuforia. I am sure that you will attract the attention of your students with this application that allows you to enter the realistic world of objects. Students prefer visual materials instead of reading pages of text.
