Are you ready for the 21st century?

Being flexible is important for sports. But for what other areas is flexibility an important issue?

With the changing and developing world and technology, everything can change every second in life. As human beings, we need to keep up with this situation in order to continue our lives. Plans that change every second, appointments, situations, sudden setbacks, meetings that change hours are just a few of the momentary changes that can be experienced in daily life. Of course, sitting and watching a person while these changes are happening will probably either cause her to lose her job or to be in a really difficult situation. If you want to continue your life in the 21st century, you have to be flexible. You must be able to keep up with everything that changes every moment. For example, while you leave the house with all your plans, your child may sprain at the last minute and you may be late for work. In such a situation, you will either panic and everything will interfere or you will adapt to the situation and create an alternative solution and try to solve the problem with the least damage. It is also very important to achieve this flexibility in education. The teacher should come to the class on time and be able to keep up with a momentary situation in the classroom. If there is a child in the classroom that suddenly falls down and faints, the teacher should be able to intervene immediately or know who to tell. Flexibility, which is about managing time and situation well, is a skill that will be very useful in every sense in the 21st century. With technology and the world evolving so rapidly, with situations changing every second we open and close our eyes, being flexible can be a bit difficult, but it is a skill that needs to be strived to improve. Our brains tend to panic for situations that develop suddenly, but the skill of flexibility is one of the most effective skills that can help us overcome this panic.

In short, there is no panic but flexibility in the 21st century.

See you in my next post.
